A Little Progress Everyday

There is not a whole lot to report on this week; however, progress is being made. Over the last 7 days, we started interior work in the units, ordered some new sleeper sofas, and began receiving bids for new flooring. We are awaiting more information from contractors and anticipating roof repairs to begin soon.

As the saying goes, “If there is no struggle, there is no progress.” We are struggling with the unknowns and the wait for answers but we are continuing to move on while we await replies from the very busy contractors and roofers who are diligently working throughout the state. It is impressive and intimidating to see the gross number of individuals who have come from various areas around the country to help all of us with getting back to business. Impressive because these people want the work and intimidating because there is so much work still to be done.

We assure you that we are making every effort to get the resort back up and running. It is empty without the friendly faces of our long time owners and guests and we cannot wait to be open for business again. As always, thank you for your kindness and patience.
