Celebrating A New Year

2016 is rapidly coming to a close and we are looking towards 2017 as a year of positive change and growth at Silver Beach Club. This has been an interesting year full of unexpected events that has catapulted us into making some very big moves to improve the property.

Silver Beach Club is set to partially reopen to guests on January 7, 2017. There will still be some construction happening during this time but we will have rooms open for those who currently have reservations. The crews on property are working hard and quickly to help us meet our goals, but this was a very lengthy project, which required us to locate crews from all over the State to assist us – and we are extremely grateful for all of their help, as we could not have accomplished this much, this quickly without them. We also feel blessed because there are so many other properties that are still searching for help to assist them with their damages after the storm.

Tile, dry wall, painting and other projects are happening simultaneously with crews working around each other. Cleaning crews will be in next week to assist with moving furniture back into the units prepping those that are finished for our arrivals on January 7.

Many units will not be ready for occupancy right away. We apologize if a unit you love is not available, but please know that the team is working hard to get all 73 units ready. It, as many other things do, takes time.
