Just a quick note: We are still working hard on getting the resort back up and operational but there is a lot of work to be done before the resort can open to owners and guests.
We have been contacting our third-party service providers daily to get an estimated time for their arrival; however, with the widespread need throughout the State of Florida no one is able to determine a guaranteed day for service.
Should you have questions and wish to speak with a member of Silver Beach Club staff, the phones are being manned by our Guest Services Staff during normal business hours from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily and security is onsite as well during their normal hours. The Guest Services Supervisor, Sharon, will be on the reservations desk Friday, September 14; Monday, September 17 - Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. She will be able to assist anyone with upcoming reservations.
Our next update will be sometime early next week, but again our main phone line is up and we are taking your phone calls during business hours should you need to speak to someone sooner.
