Shared Vacation Ownership is investing in your vacation now and for years to come. When you purchase a fractional ownership condo, you are purchasing real property that can be used for one week out of the year either at your home resort, or at resorts throughout the world with a membership to RCI or other affiliated exchange company.

Renovations
Silver Beach Club was originally built in 1971 as the Silver Beach Inn and was converted to timeshare in 1983. We are currently in the midst of repairing the condo interiors and building exterior after damages caused by Hurricane Matthew.
Silver Beach Club has a limited number of previously remodeled units units available but the staff is working hard to complete more condos for our owners and guests.
Remodels include either industrial plank vinyl or wood look porcelain tile, new furniture, fresh paint, new baseboards, replaced appliances and new lighting.
In 2015 a new west end elevator was installed, the wiring for cable was redone, new wireless routers were installed for quicker and more reliable internet access, and we switched our television service to provide more channels with HD resolution.
Selling
Sometimes owners decide they want to sell their timeshare, but they are unsure of what the process entails. We encourage owners to evaluate their needs before selling as Shared Vacation Ownership has many benefits and most owners may not be aware of all their ownership has to offer.
At this time, the Association is not taking over units. Owners are responsible for finding their own buyer and we encourage all owners to research perspective buyers and resale companies before signing anything. A helpful website for information on this is www.ardaroc.org. Once a prospective new owner is located, the Association requires an online application for an Estoppel Request to be completed at RequestMyEstoppel.com for approval prior to the sale of your timeshare. This helps aid in eliminating timeshare fraud. Please call Owner Services at the resort for additional information.
